We are seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager dedicated to transforming users into lifelong advocates. In this role, you will oversee the complete post-sales journey for key accounts, ensuring that clients not only utilize our solutions but also recognize their essential role in achieving business success. You will serve as the liaison between customers and the product team, translating feedback into actionable features and fostering long-term loyalty. As an integral member of the Customer Success team, you will help establish processes, playbooks, and metrics that will shape our customer support strategy as we expand. Key responsibilities include managing a portfolio of high-touch enterprise accounts, building strong client relationships, addressing individual customer needs, and resolving conflicts efficiently. You will identify growth opportunities within your accounts and promote the adoption of our solutions across property management firms. Additionally, you will set and monitor account targets aligned with company objectives, manage churn, and collaborate with various departments to ensure exceptional client experiences. Candidates should have proven experience in technical consulting, customer service, or client success, along with strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
