We are seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a key advocate for clients, driving strategic growth and making data-driven decisions. You will build strong relationships to understand client needs and help them achieve exceptional results by leveraging our platform. Your responsibilities will include developing value-driven success plans, analyzing key metrics for continuous improvement, and managing complex client use cases with a high degree of autonomy. Key responsibilities include building strategic relationships with a dedicated portfolio of customers, driving customer renewal and retention, identifying opportunities for revenue growth, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and training. You will also serve as the primary point of contact for customer escalations, provide data-backed analysis to inform team decisions, and execute quarterly business reviews to identify growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in a customer success role within a B2B SaaS environment, with a track record of managing complex accounts. Strong relationship-building skills, a proactive approach to growth opportunities, and excellent communication abilities are essential. A highly organized individual who can manage competing priorities and complex projects is preferred. Travel may be required based on business needs. Candidates must be authorized to work in the US/Canada and work on an EST schedule.
