We are seeking a Senior Customer Success Associate to join our team in supporting strategic markets. This role will report to the Head of Strategic Markets and will be responsible for managing a portfolio of enterprise accounts that vary in size and complexity. The ideal candidate will excel in a customer-facing position, combining consulting, project management, analytics, training, and marketing to enhance the experience of care workers.
Key responsibilities include supporting Customer Success Managers, leading customer calls, onboarding new clients, driving product adoption, and managing change during implementation. You will also deliver training, monitor engagement metrics, and recommend strategies for maximizing customer value. Additionally, you will triage and resolve customer issues while collaborating with internal teams to address challenges and unlock value.
The successful candidate will possess at least 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, with a proven track record of achieving results. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a high level of organization are essential. A commitment to customer success and a genuine motivation for the mission of the organization are critical.
