Senior Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced construction leader to oversee complex building projects from early planning through completion. This role requires someone who can manage multiple active assignments, coordinate with consultants and contractors, and keep work moving safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality. Key responsibilities include developing project plans, budgets, schedules, and scope documents; supporting business cases and risk planning; leading procurement and contract discussions; reviewing drawings, specifications, and other project documents; and tracking progress against approved timelines and costs. You will also manage site meetings, change items, invoices, RFIs, closeout records, inspections, deficiency follow-up, and warranty-related matters. Regular reporting, document control, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders are also essential parts of the role. The successful candidate will bring significant experience in construction project management, ideally with large residential, commercial, or hospitality developments. A background in civil engineering, architecture, or a related discipline is preferred. Strong working knowledge of project coordination software and document review tools is important, along with excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills. The ability to adapt quickly, manage competing priorities, and maintain attention to detail is essential. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive benefits.
