Senior CNC Machinist

We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to set up, operate, and adjust machining equipment for the production of precision metal parts and assemblies. In this role, you will interpret technical drawings, select appropriate tooling, make machine offsets, and verify part quality throughout the manufacturing process. You will also support efficient production by troubleshooting equipment issues, maintaining accuracy, and helping ensure products meet required specifications. The ideal candidate brings solid hands-on machining experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced shop environment. You should be comfortable reading blueprints, using precision measuring instruments, and performing quality checks to confirm dimensional accuracy and surface finish. Experience with setup work, program adjustments, and continuous improvement in a manufacturing setting is highly valued.
