The Senior Client Success Representative is responsible for managing client relationships across two business lines, focusing on ensuring clients derive significant value from both the technology platform and advisory services offered. This role is designed to provide a cohesive experience for clients, reflecting the overlap in the client base. This position is not a support role; instead, the Senior Client Success Representative is a proactive, relationship-oriented professional dedicated to client retention and growth. After the sale, you will take ownership of the client relationship and be accountable for its success. The ideal candidate will have experience in a client-facing role within technology, SaaS, or professional services, and will be adept at managing multiple relationships while identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts. Key responsibilities include: - Leading the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they are well-acquainted with the platform and services. - Maintaining regular, meaningful communication with clients to understand their business needs and challenges. - Monitoring client engagement and satisfaction, addressing any issues proactively to prevent retention risks. - Collaborating with sales teams on renewal processes and demonstrating the value clients have received. - Identifying opportunities for account growth, including upselling and cross-referrals between services. This role requires strong analytical skills to track account metrics and capture client feedback effectively. Compensation is competitive, with a salary range of $80,000 to $85,000 per year.
