We are seeking an experienced senior client development professional to support growth initiatives within a professional services environment. This role will focus on building relationships, expanding referral sources, and helping drive new revenue opportunities through thoughtful outreach and strategic planning. Working closely with senior leadership and the marketing team, you will help identify target markets, strengthen external relationships, and support visibility in the marketplace. The position requires someone who is comfortable working independently, can manage multiple priorities, and brings a strong track record in relationship-based sales or development work. Key responsibilities include creating and executing growth strategies, developing new client relationships, maintaining CRM records and opportunity pipelines, monitoring performance results, and preparing regular updates for leadership. You may also contribute to campaigns, events, networking activities, and onboarding efforts for new clients or contacts. The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in client development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in a professional services setting. Strong communication, strategic thinking, and relationship management skills are important, along with experience using CRM tools and managing sales activity. A post-secondary degree in a related field is preferred. Compensation includes a base salary in the expected range, with bonus potential, competitive benefits, and opportunities for professional growth. The role is based in Toronto and offers a hybrid work arrangement.
