Senior Case Manager - Contract 12 months

We are seeking a Senior Case Manager for a 12-month contract position. The successful candidate will be part of a multi-service team supporting individuals facing mental health challenges in various community settings. Key responsibilities include scheduling daily activities, ensuring that services are planned and delivered according to professional standards and legislative requirements, and assisting in the preparation of work plans aligned with organizational goals. The Senior Case Manager will provide guidance to staff in areas such as medication management, psychiatric rehabilitation, and community resource coordination. Additional duties include participating in the hiring and orientation of new employees, identifying staff training needs, and ensuring compliance with accreditation standards. The role also involves facilitating team meetings, providing on-call crisis intervention, and maintaining accurate client records. Candidates should possess post-secondary education in a relevant field and a minimum of five years of related experience. Strong knowledge of mental health legislation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build positive relationships with clients and community partners are essential. A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are required. Proficiency in MS Office applications is also necessary.
