Senior Business Integrity Lead

We are seeking an experienced senior professional to lead business integrity matters within an investment-focused, mission-driven organization. This permanent role supports responsible investing in developing markets and helps strengthen governance, risk management, and compliance practices across the portfolio. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor on a broad range of integrity risks, including anti-corruption, anti-money laundering, counter-terrorism financing, fraud prevention, sanctions-related exposure, corporate governance, and reputational risk. This position sits within the organization’s first line of defense and works closely with operational teams and leadership to ensure risks are identified, assessed, and managed effectively. You will provide expert guidance to senior stakeholders and may contribute to reporting for executive management and the board. The role also involves direct engagement with investee companies to support improvements in their internal controls, policies, and governance frameworks.
