We are seeking an experienced business development professional to help expand outbound sales efforts for a growing software company. In this role, you will work independently to identify and qualify new opportunities, engage prospects across multiple channels, and move promising leads into the sales pipeline. The position is well suited to someone who has already built a solid foundation in prospecting and lead qualification and is ready for greater ownership and more complex accounts.
You will conduct discovery conversations, deliver early-stage demonstrations, and tailor outreach to different audiences. A key part of the job is developing and improving multi-step prospecting campaigns, testing messaging, and refining your approach based on results. You will also keep CRM records accurate, support forecasting, and collaborate closely with account executives to ensure smooth handoffs and stronger conversion rates.
The ideal candidate has several years of B2B sales or business development experience in software or technology, a track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline goals, and confidence speaking with decision-makers. Strong communication, consultative selling, and organizational skills are important, along with comfort working in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision.
