Senior Business Consultant

We are seeking a senior consultant who can turn strategic direction into practical business models that can be delivered and sustained. In this role, you will work on strategic engagements with clients, collaborating closely with executive advisors and other specialists. You will support leaders and teams through periods of growth, change, operational improvement, and organizational evolution. Your work will include shaping business architectures, defining service models, and ensuring day-to-day operations are aligned with long-term priorities. Your responsibilities will span both analysis and design. You will assess organizations, map customer journeys, document processes, establish governance structures, and identify the measures needed to track performance and value creation. You will also help convert strategic intent into concrete initiatives by working with leadership teams and key stakeholders. The role involves facilitating workshops, committees, and training activities that support alignment, decision-making, and change adoption. We are looking for strong analytical thinking, clear communication, and the ability to simplify complex ideas for diverse audiences.
