A dynamic organization is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with expertise in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and functional documentation. The successful candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to identify needs, document requirements, optimize processes, and support transformation initiatives. Experience in SAP environments is essential, along with strong communication and documentation skills. Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, laboratory information management systems, and research and development processes will be advantageous.
Key responsibilities include analyzing, documenting, and improving business processes; gathering and validating business and functional requirements; facilitating stakeholder workshops and meetings; and producing high-quality documentation such as Business Requirements Documents, Functional Specifications, and Process Maps. The role also involves acting as a liaison between business users and technical teams, supporting solution design, participating in user acceptance testing, and assisting with change management activities.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills are required. Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of French is a plus. A hybrid work model is offered, with occasional travel to the United States.
