Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a growing professional services organization. In this role, you will partner with operations, finance, and executive stakeholders to assess business performance, create clear reporting, and turn complex data into practical recommendations. You will be responsible for developing dashboards, scorecards, and forecasting models that help leaders understand trends, identify risks, and make timely decisions. This is a full-time, permanent hybrid position based in either Calgary or Toronto. Key responsibilities include analyzing operational and financial results, building audience-specific reporting for different leadership groups, and improving the way performance information is used across the organization. You will also support workforce and capacity planning, investigate variances between forecast and actual results, and help identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities. In addition, you will maintain and enhance business intelligence tools, ensure data quality and consistency, and contribute to strategic modeling for growth-related initiatives. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, sound business judgment, and the ability to communicate insights clearly to senior audiences.
