Senior BIM Manager

We are seeking an experienced BIM leader to guide digital design standards and coordination across a range of architectural projects. This role is responsible for setting up and improving BIM processes, maintaining consistent project workflows, and helping teams deliver accurate, well-coordinated models and documentation. You will work closely with internal staff and outside consultants to support model integration, data organization, issue resolution, and quality control throughout the project lifecycle. The position includes developing and maintaining BIM standards, templates, content libraries, execution plans, and training resources. You will oversee multidisciplinary coordination, review models for accuracy and compliance, and help resolve clashes and other coordination issues. A key part of the job is coaching team members, providing technical guidance, and supporting adoption of new digital tools and improved working methods. You will also help evaluate emerging technologies and manage BIM software systems, including setup, optimization, troubleshooting, and usage planning. Candidates should have an architecture or related degree and substantial hands-on BIM experience. Strong knowledge of current construction practices, architectural drafting, and site review principles is expected, along with advanced proficiency in common BIM and design software. Experience working with model-based collaboration platforms and managing digital project standards will be important.
