Senior Application System Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Application System Analyst to join our team in a full-time capacity. This role can be performed remotely or from select office locations. Key responsibilities include translating business requirements into detailed user stories and technical specifications, documenting platform flows, data integrations, and business rules. The analyst will design and implement improvements to enhance functionality and user experience while identifying technical and operational requirements for proposed solutions. The position involves collaborating with development, QA, and business stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of enhancements. The analyst will support sprint planning in Agile environments, lead story refinement discussions, and develop comprehensive test plans. Additionally, the role requires facilitating communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, managing production issues, and ensuring compliance with service level agreements. The analyst will also optimize resources for scalability and performance while maintaining application stability. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in system analysis. Strong communication skills, experience in Agile teams, and familiarity with tools such as JIRA and ServiceNow are essential. Experience in retail or marketing technology and knowledge of Azure-based platforms are preferred. A competitive compensation package will be offered.
