Senior Analytics Engineer

We are looking for a senior analytics engineer to build the data-processing layer behind an early-stage warehouse planning product. In this role, you will create code that ingests messy customer files, standardizes inconsistent inputs, and turns them into reliable datasets that can support repeatable analysis. The work is highly hands-on and focused on automation rather than manual reporting. You will work closely with product, engineering, and operations specialists to develop logic for cleaning, reconciling, transforming, and imputing data across orders, inventory, and shipment records. A key part of the job is identifying patterns across different customer datasets and turning those patterns into reusable code that can handle new inputs with minimal intervention. You will also help produce analytical outputs, including metrics, segmentation, and prototype visualizations, to support product decisions and engineering implementation. This role requires strong coding ability and the judgment to own the output of your work from end to end. You should be comfortable debugging issues yourself, writing maintainable code, and using modern AI-assisted development tools responsibly. We are especially interested in someone who can take complex, unstructured data and build durable logic that can later be handed off for production use. The position is full-time, hybrid in Toronto, and offers a base salary of CAD 125,000 to 155,000.
