Senior Analyst

A consulting firm is seeking a Senior Analyst to join their team in various locations across Canada. The Senior Analyst will collaborate with a small team led by an experienced consultant, supporting the development of solutions through stakeholder interviews, information organization, data analysis, process mapping, software configuration, activity coordination, and report preparation. The ideal candidate will be confident, versatile, and passionate about solving problems to enhance client outcomes. Strong logical thinking, teamwork, and communication skills are essential, along with adaptability and a proactive approach to ownership of tasks. Key responsibilities include assisting in client project delivery, training clients on software applications, conducting follow-up meetings to assess the effectiveness of changes, participating in internal projects, mentoring others, and identifying new business opportunities. Candidates should have 1 to 3 years of experience and a degree or diploma in Supply Chain Operations, Information Technology Management, Business Operations Management, or International Business Management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required, and experience with Source-to-Pay solutions is an asset. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the capability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
