Senior Advisor, Home Support Partnerships

In this strategic advisory role, you will support the development of home support services and related community-based care partnerships at a provincial level. Acting as a senior resource, you will advise internal teams, public organizations, and a range of external stakeholders across clinical, administrative, legal, ethical, and psychosocial areas. You will help guide the implementation of sector priorities and contribute to building a coordinated service network focused on client needs and caregiver support. The role involves facilitating collaborative work across multiple partners, aligning partnership agreements with public policy directions, and helping ensure consistency in how services are planned and delivered. A key part of the position is leading and supporting large-scale, cross-functional initiatives that require strong coordination, sound judgment, and analytical thinking. You will work with internal departments, local organizations, and government partners to structure, monitor, and improve partnership arrangements linked to home support. You will also contribute to data-informed decision-making by developing follow-up tools, evaluating results, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
