Senior Accountant

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join a public practice team serving a varied client base. This opportunity may suit a newly designated CPA, a CPA candidate who has recently completed the CFE, or someone with comparable experience in a professional accounting environment. In this role, you will prepare compilation files and corporate tax returns at an intermediate-to-advanced level, support tax planning work, and handle personal tax returns. Experience with corporate tax account balances and related planning calculations is valued. Additional exposure to trust taxation, personal tax returns for U.S. filers, and review engagements with financial statement preparation under private enterprise accounting standards would be considered an asset. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable balancing competing priorities. You should enjoy problem-solving, producing organized working papers, and knowing when to work independently versus when to ask for guidance.
