SAP Systems Specialist

We are seeking an SAP Systems Specialist to support production planning and manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment. This role focuses on improving planning processes, strengthening system use, and helping ensure materials are available when needed to support on-time delivery. You will work closely with teams across supply chain, operations, engineering, customer service, finance, and IT to improve data accuracy, streamline workflows, and support change initiatives. Key responsibilities include maintaining planning settings and identifying opportunities for process improvement, assisting with ERP implementation and testing activities, and helping validate data during system changes. You will also support the upkeep of planning parameters such as forecasts, inventory settings, lead times, and replenishment values, while reconciling system data to protect planning and inventory integrity. In addition, you will help investigate and resolve issues related to materials, planning, and system transactions, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts across the operation. The ideal candidate has a post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field, strong Excel skills, and experience with ERP or MRP systems, preferably SAP. Excellent organization, communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail are important, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a manufacturing setting. Experience with system implementation or planning processes is an asset.
