Sanitation Worker

We are seeking a full-time sanitation worker to support cleaning and sanitation tasks in a refrigerated production environment. This role is part of a team responsible for maintaining hygiene standards in a facility that prepares retail-ready fresh meat products. The position is permanent and requires someone who is dependable, safety-minded, and comfortable working in a physically active setting. Daily work includes cleaning walls, floors, tables, hallways, and production equipment using hoses, hand tools, and approved cleaning chemicals. You may also be asked to move sanitation supplies and equipment, and to work around machinery in areas that can be wet, cold, noisy, humid, or otherwise demanding. The job involves repetitive motions, lifting, pushing, and pulling heavy items, along with standing, bending, crouching, and kneeling for long periods. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, some experience in a physically demanding role, and a basic understanding of equipment used in production or sanitation settings. You should be willing to learn proper procedures, follow safe work practices, and complete required safety and hygiene training. A strong focus on health, safety, and attention to detail is essential. Basic English skills and the ability to lift moderate weight are also required.
