Sandblaster

This role is responsible for carrying out abrasive blasting work according to work instructions and production requirements. The position also includes maintaining the equipment in clean and orderly condition, following established safety and quality procedures, and supporting related shop tasks as needed. The ideal candidate can read and understand written instructions, safety notices, and basic operating procedures. Comfort working with lifting equipment is important, along with strong hand-eye coordination, good manual dexterity, and attention to detail. Sound judgment and a careful approach to work are essential in order to meet standards and maintain a safe work environment. This position requires a dependable team member who can follow direction, complete assigned tasks accurately, and adapt to other duties when needed.
