Salesforce Quality Assurance Lead

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Lead to establish and oversee the QA function within our Salesforce Practice. This pivotal role involves defining QA processes, integrating them into our delivery methods for Salesforce implementations, and incorporating AI technologies into testing and validation practices. You will lead by influence rather than direct management, creating standards, frameworks, and tools for Salesforce Developers, Admins, and Architects to follow. Your responsibilities will include executing hands-on QA to gain a deep understanding of current processes, as well as spearheading the development of AI-driven QA agents for future workflows. You will own the QA standards across multiple client projects, ensuring quality is embedded in the delivery process and not treated as an afterthought. Collaboration with Solution Architects, Developers, and DevOps teams will be essential to ensure that QA considerations are integrated from the design phase onward.
