A thorough understanding of pharmaceutical and biotech industry standards and regulations is essential, along with exceptional communication and negotiation skills. The ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment is crucial. Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools is also necessary.
