We are seeking a Sales Operations Manager to support lead conversion, oversee day-to-day sales activity, and help improve overall revenue performance in a hybrid work setting. This role combines sales execution with operational coordination and is well suited to someone who is confident speaking with business clients, identifying opportunities, and closing deals.
The ideal candidate will bring at least three years of B2B sales experience, along with strong negotiation abilities and comfort using CRM systems to manage pipeline activity and follow-up. You should be organized, results-driven, and able to balance selling with administrative and process-oriented responsibilities.
This position offers a base salary in the mid-to-high range, plus commission based on performance.
