Sales Manager
We are seeking a Sales Manager to drive business growth through new customer acquisition and expansion of existing accounts across Canada. Reporting to senior sales leadership, this role will focus on building a strong pipeline, managing full-cycle sales activity, and closing commercial opportunities related to sustainability and environmental solutions.
The successful candidate will take a consultative approach to sales, working with customers to understand their sustainability objectives, business priorities, reputational goals, and environmental commitments. You will develop tailored solutions that align with customer needs and support revenue growth.
Key responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with medium, large, and enterprise-level organizations; expanding current accounts; developing account plans for priority prospects and customers; and managing the sales process from prospecting and qualification through proposal, negotiation, and close. You will also work closely with customer success or account teams to support renewals, account continuity, and long-term relationship management.
This role requires strong business development, relationship-building, and negotiation skills, along with the ability to meet revenue and pipeline targets. Experience selling to corporate or industrial customers and navigating complex buying processes is an asset. The position may include eligibility for variable compensation or commission, as outlined in the compensation plan.
