We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead a busy automotive sales team in a retail dealership environment. In this position, you will guide the day-to-day flow of the sales department, including appointments, deal progression, follow-up activity, and team coordination. You will work directly with sales consultants to improve performance, provide coaching, and help structure deals effectively. A key part of the role is maintaining healthy sales results through disciplined process, strong attention to lead management, and consistent customer service standards. You will also partner with senior leadership to implement store priorities, support departmental goals, and contribute to a productive team culture. The ideal candidate brings a positive attitude, clear communication skills, and a team-first approach, along with a solid understanding of automotive sales operations and CRM-based follow-up practices.
