Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to oversee membership sales, team development, and day-to-day club performance at a busy fitness facility. This is a strong opportunity for someone with a background in gym operations, wellness sales, or team leadership who enjoys working in a fast-paced customer-focused environment. In this role, you will help drive revenue, support member retention, and improve overall business results. You will coach and develop a sales team, monitor goals and performance metrics, and help improve lead follow-up and conversion. The position also involves coordinating staffing schedules, assisting with payroll-related processes, and contributing to smooth daily operations. Additional responsibilities include building relationships with local organizations and businesses, supporting community outreach, and helping coordinate promotional activities and events. You will work closely with other internal teams to deliver a positive experience for members and staff alike. The ideal candidate has several years of experience in sales or management, strong communication and leadership skills, and the ability to balance multiple priorities. Experience in a fitness, retail, or hospitality setting is an asset.
