We are seeking a Sales Manager for a busy automotive retail location in Regina. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and enjoys leading from the floor, supporting the team, and helping create a strong customer experience.
You will be responsible for driving the daily sales rhythm, including appointments, deals, follow-ups, and team energy. The role involves working deals with sales staff, providing guidance on structure and strategy, and helping maintain strong volume and profitability through disciplined process and effective desking. You will also monitor CRM activity, lead management, and follow-up quality, while supporting the development of sales staff through regular coaching and feedback. In addition, you will collaborate with leadership to execute store initiatives and help the team achieve targets.
The successful candidate will bring a positive, high-energy approach, strong communication skills, and a team-first mindset. You should be operationally sharp, comfortable with deal structure and finance flow, and committed to excellent customer service.
Requirements include at least 2 years of automotive sales management experience, along with a proven understanding of new and used vehicle deal structure and CRM systems. A track record of sales success and customer satisfaction is also required.
