We are seeking an experienced sales leader to guide a team of consultants who help customers plan and book relocation services. This position is responsible for coaching a mix of inside and field-based sales staff, improving conversion, and ensuring the team delivers a high standard of service from first contact through booking.
The right candidate will be comfortable leading day-to-day sales activity, reviewing pipeline performance, and stepping into deals when needed. A major part of the role is developing strong discovery skills, clear communication, thoughtful objection handling, and consistent follow-up. You will also help keep handoffs between different sales functions organized so customers receive accurate guidance and a smooth experience.
This role includes building team capability through hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management. Regular team meetings, call reviews, and practice sessions are part of the operating rhythm. You will monitor response times, booking outcomes, and revenue progress, then use that information to improve results.
We are looking for someone with prior experience leading or selling in a service-focused environment such as logistics, home services, hospitality, or a related field. The ideal person is both a coach and a closer, with the confidence to lead performance while supporting team growth.
