Sales and Marketing Director

We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Director to join our team. This full-time role involves defining, leading, and executing the sales and marketing strategies for a prominent hotel. As a member of the Executive Committee, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and enhancing the hotel's market positioning. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing the overall sales and marketing strategy in alignment with financial objectives. You will analyze market trends and competition to optimize revenue streams and collaborate with management on strategic decision-making and budgeting. In this leadership role, you will coach and motivate the sales and events team, oversee key account strategies, and ensure effective management of the sales pipeline. You will also represent the hotel with key clients and partners while managing marketing and communication activities to enhance brand visibility. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales, or hospitality management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar leadership role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both French and English, along with proficiency in hotel sales systems and financial analysis, are essential.
