Roofing Superintendent / Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced construction professional to oversee multiple roofing projects from planning through completion. This role combines site supervision with project coordination, including guiding crews, organizing schedules and resources, and helping ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to specification. The ideal candidate will have experience managing construction operations, with roofing experience considered an asset but not required. You should be comfortable reviewing drawings, specifications, and contract documents, and be able to communicate clearly with clients, consultants, field staff, and internal teams. Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to solve problems in a fast-moving environment are important. Other requirements include solid written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work well with a range of people, a professional and self-directed approach, and confidence using standard office software. A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required.
