RETAIL SUPERVISOR

We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on Retail Supervisor to support the daily operations of a retail store specializing in seafood products. This role is responsible for maintaining high standards of customer service, ensuring smooth store operations, and fostering strong team performance. The Retail Supervisor will guide, train, and support retail staff while collaborating with store management to meet sales and operational goals. Key responsibilities include supervising and mentoring team members, training new employees on store procedures and customer service standards, and monitoring daily tasks to ensure efficient operations. The Retail Supervisor will also manage inventory control, oversee cash handling and POS operations, and prepare operational reports. Delivering excellent customer service and resolving complaints in a professional manner are essential aspects of this role. Additional duties may include contributing to social media content and promotional activities. Candidates should have proven experience in retail or customer service supervision, strong communication and conflict resolution skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
