Retail Supervisor

We are seeking a Retail Supervisor to oversee day-to-day store operations and support a positive customer experience. In this role, you will help guide front-line staff, maintain smooth workflow, and ensure the store is running efficiently. Strong customer service, leadership, and communication abilities are essential for success. The ideal candidate will bring at least two years of retail experience and be comfortable handling a variety of responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Prior sales certification related to regulated retail is required. You should be able to support team members, address customer needs professionally, and help maintain high service standards throughout the store. This position offers competitive compensation and flexible scheduling options. The role is hybrid, so some duties may be completed remotely while others require in-person presence at the store.
