Retail Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced retail leader to oversee daily store activity, guide a team, and help deliver a strong customer experience. In this role, you will be responsible for running the store effectively, supporting sales growth, and ensuring the location operates to a high standard. You will lead by example, provide coaching and feedback, and help build a motivated team that is focused on service and results. Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, supporting hiring and training, monitoring performance, and encouraging ongoing development. You will also work to improve merchandising, maintain inventory standards, and help execute promotional activity. Financial oversight is part of the role as well, including reviewing results, controlling expenses, and looking for ways to improve productivity and profitability. In addition, you will help ensure compliance with internal policies and safety requirements while supporting loss prevention efforts. The ideal candidate has several years of retail management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a hands-on approach to problem solving.
