Retail Sales Associate

This full-time retail role focuses on supporting professional customers with fast, accurate service and a positive checkout experience. You will greet customers, ask questions to understand their project needs, and help guide them toward the right products, services, and order options. The position also involves processing transactions efficiently, handling phone and in-store sales, and assisting with pickup, delivery, and special-order requests. A key part of the role is helping grow customer loyalty by introducing eligible customers to relevant programs and account options. You will work closely with the pro service area to keep the space organized, stocked, clearly signed, and ready for business. When needed, you may also assist with loading, order picking, and directing more complex requests to the appropriate team member. Safety is an important responsibility. You are expected to follow workplace procedures, keep aisles and work areas clear, identify hazards, and report concerns promptly. Strong customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to stay flexible in a busy front-end environment are important for success. This role offers a pay range of $20.40 to $22.15 per hour.
