Retail Floor Supervisor - Whitby (Full Time)

We are seeking a full-time Retail Floor Supervisor to support daily store operations and enhance the customer experience. This role involves overseeing merchandising standards, ensuring register accuracy, and managing floor coverage while contributing to the hiring, training, and development of team members. The Supervisor will play a key role in driving smooth operations, loss prevention, and employee engagement to help the store achieve its goals. Candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years of retail management experience and a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Proven leadership and team-building skills, along with solid business acumen and problem-solving abilities, are essential. A high attention to detail is crucial, and experience in thrift or second-hand retail is a plus. The position requires open availability, including weekends, holidays, and closing shifts. Physical requirements include the ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and use hands continuously throughout the shift, as well as lifting up to 50 lbs and pushing/pulling wheeled containers up to 500 lbs.
