Retail Floor Supervisor

We are looking for a hands-on Retail Floor Supervisor to support day-to-day store operations and help create a positive shopping experience. In this role, you will guide floor activity, keep merchandise standards on track, and help ensure the sales area is organized, well-stocked, and ready for customers. You will also support register procedures, cash handling, and basic administrative tasks as needed. A key part of the job is leading and developing team members. You will help train new staff, provide coaching and feedback, assist with scheduling support, and reinforce policies, service expectations, and loss-prevention practices. When customer issues arise, you will step in to help resolve concerns professionally and maintain strong service standards. This position also includes supporting a safe and clean work environment by following health, safety, and housekeeping procedures, and by reporting concerns to management. The ideal candidate has prior retail leadership experience, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay organized in a busy setting. Open availability is required, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and closing shifts. The annual salary for this role is $45,760.
