Restaurant Shift Lead

We are seeking an experienced hospitality professional to support daily front-of-house operations in a busy restaurant setting. In this role, you will work closely with the service team to keep shifts running smoothly, provide hands-on support during busy periods, and help maintain a high standard of guest service. You may also assist with in-room dining or similar service functions when needed. Key responsibilities include guiding floor staff, supporting food and beverage service, helping coordinate team tasks, and stepping in to resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally. You will also assist with onboarding new team members by observing shift performance and helping evaluate basic service skills. In addition, you will help uphold cleanliness, consistency, and overall service standards throughout each shift. The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience in food and beverage service, strong communication skills, and a practical, team-oriented approach. Experience with point-of-sale systems is required, along with the ability to handle customer issues calmly and with care. Availability for evening shifts, including weekends, is expected, with some flexibility for daytime coverage. A valid serving certification is preferred, or you must be willing to obtain one.
