Residential Renovation Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Residential Renovation Project Manager to oversee multiple mid-to-large home renovation projects from pre-construction through completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the residential remodeling industry and possess the ability to lead internal teams while ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget. In this leadership role, you will manage 3-6 active renovation projects simultaneously, supporting field crews to meet quality standards and deadlines. Regular site visits and project audits will be essential, along with maintaining clear communication with clients, designers, trades, and the construction team. Responsibilities include reviewing schedules and budgets, coordinating inspections and resources, and proactively identifying and resolving issues. Candidates should have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in residential renovation, with a proven track record of managing projects in the $100K-$400K range. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure are crucial. Familiarity with project management software and modern technology is required, along with a valid driver's license. This is a full-time position offering a salary range of CA$85,000-CA$100,000 per year, depending on experience.
