We are seeking an experienced coordinator to support day-to-day field operations, crew planning, and project delivery. This role acts as a central point of contact between operations, site teams, and clients, helping ensure work is completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard.
In this position, you will help set up practical workflows, manage schedules and staffing needs, and keep production moving according to priorities. You will also assist with hiring support, onboarding, attendance tracking, and time-off coordination. A key part of the role is monitoring job progress, quality, and cost performance while working closely with project leaders on larger or urgent assignments.
You will help oversee tools, equipment, and vehicles, including basic maintenance coordination and tracking. Regular site visits are expected to confirm safety practices, proper documentation, and compliance with internal procedures. The role also involves supporting safety training, ensuring protective equipment is used correctly, and helping maintain safe working conditions.
Strong communication and organization are important, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A high school diploma or equivalent and at least two years of leadership experience are required. Experience in construction, project-based work, or claims-related environments is an asset, as is familiarity with common office and estimating software. A valid driver’s license is also required.
