Remote Camp Manager

An experienced camp operations professional is needed to lead a small remote workforce in a severe northern environment. This position is suited to candidates who have already worked in Arctic or similarly isolated locations and understand the demands of running a camp where weather, distance, and limited access to supplies can quickly affect operations. The role is highly hands-on and includes oversight of daily camp function, routine maintenance, accommodation services, food service coordination, safety practices, and overall support for residents and clients. You will be responsible for keeping essential systems working and responding quickly when equipment, utilities, communications, or logistics are disrupted. Practical experience with power, fuel, water, wastewater, buildings, and general site infrastructure is important, along with the ability to manage problems independently when outside help may be delayed. This is a fly-in/fly-out position on a rotating schedule, with travel arrangements provided. Compensation is competitive and depends on qualifications and trade background. Applicants must have prior remote camp management experience in northern conditions, along with the required safety, supervisory, first aid, and driver credentials. A background in a relevant skilled trade is an asset.
