Relationship Manager

We are seeking an experienced relationship management professional to support a portfolio of mid-market clients and prospects in Quebec. This permanent role involves identifying new business opportunities, strengthening existing client relationships, and helping organizations access tailored financial solutions that support growth and expansion. In this position, you will research potential clients, assess their needs and business profile, and develop trust-based relationships over time. You will look for opportunities to deepen engagement with current accounts, coordinate internal resources to deliver appropriate solutions, and provide consistent client service. The role also includes working with intermediaries and other external contacts to increase market visibility and identify potential prospects. You will contribute to regional business development objectives while helping clients navigate opportunities in new markets and manage commercial risks. Success in this role requires strong relationship-building skills, sound judgment, and the ability to balance prospecting with portfolio management. This position offers a hybrid work model and may be based in Quebec City. Relocation support may be available for eligible candidates.
