Regional Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced field operations leader to support multiple construction projects across a region. This role is focused on improving how work is planned, coordinated, and delivered through strong leadership, consistent processes, and a commitment to quality. The Regional Superintendent will partner with area leadership to strengthen day-to-day operations, develop front-line supervisors, and help ensure projects are set up for success before field work begins. A key part of the role is coaching and mentoring supervisors and crew leaders so they can grow into more capable, independent leaders. Rather than solving every issue personally, this person will help others build the skills and confidence to handle challenges effectively. Core responsibilities include reinforcing planning routines, supporting project handoff and pre-job preparation, improving schedule reliability, and encouraging proactive risk management. The role also involves promoting quality standards, supporting inspections and documentation practices, and helping reduce rework through better prevention and follow-through. In addition, this leader will use performance data to identify trends, remove barriers, and support ongoing process improvement across the region.
