Regional Sales Manager- Municipal- South Central Ontario

We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join our team, focusing on municipal sales in South Central Ontario. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing the full sales cycle of municipal equipment and related accessories within the assigned territory. This role requires strong technical knowledge and proven sales expertise to recommend optimal equipment solutions that meet diverse municipal operational requirements. Key responsibilities include managing all sales activities, prospecting and developing relationships with municipal accounts, delivering product demonstrations and training, and representing the organization at industry events. Collaboration with internal teams to support customer needs and preparing accurate sales forecasts and performance updates are also essential. Candidates should possess a degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience, along with a valid driver’s license. A minimum of 5 years of outside sales experience, preferably in heavy truck or equipment sales, is required. Familiarity with municipal procurement processes and experience using CRM systems is preferred. Exceptional communication, customer service skills, and a self-motivated, results-driven mindset are essential.
