Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced sales leader to oversee commercial activity across a multi-province territory in Atlantic Canada. In this role, you will help shape regional sales plans, manage important customer relationships, and support the execution of programs that drive growth. You will work closely with internal partners in sales, marketing, and other functions to turn market insights into practical actions. A key part of the role is leading and developing a field team, including district managers and merchandising staff. You will provide coaching, set priorities, monitor progress against targets, and help build a strong performance culture. The position also includes working on pricing considerations, budget tracking, and regional planning in coordination with senior leadership. You will maintain relationships with major retail or public-sector accounts, support promotional activity, and ensure operational follow-through across the territory. Strong analytical skills, commercial judgment, and the ability to respond to market trends are important. Experience in sales management, team leadership, and account management is preferred. The salary range for this position is $90,200 to $112,800. The ideal candidate is based in or near Halifax, Nova Scotia, though relocation may be considered.
