This position plays a key role in driving growth within the workforce health and benefits space. The focus is on building new business, developing market presence, and helping employers and insurers adopt more integrated solutions that support employee well-being, reduce complexity, and improve outcomes. It is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can both sell and coach. As Regional Sales Director, you will oversee new business activity across Eastern Canada, including Ontario, Quebec, and Atlantic regions. You will develop and execute a territory plan, generate pipeline, manage the full sales process, and build relationships with senior stakeholders, brokers, insurers, and employers. In parallel, you will lead and support a small sales team, helping them stay accountable, improve performance, and reach targets. You will work closely with internal partners across client delivery, operations, product, marketing, and finance to create credible solutions that meet client needs. The ideal candidate brings several years of B2B sales experience, a strong record of closing complex deals, and confidence in executive-level conversations. Background in healthcare, benefits, insurance, or related services is helpful. Leadership experience, strong communication skills, and comfort using CRM systems are important. Bilingual ability in English and French is preferred. This is a hybrid role with regular in-office collaboration and travel within the region as needed.
