Regional Operations Manager

This role leads operations and performance across a group of education sites within a defined territory. Working closely with local owners and campus teams, the position focuses on improving admissions results, supporting student outcomes, strengthening profitability, and ensuring sites operate in line with required standards. The successful candidate will act as a hands-on regional partner, balancing commercial priorities with day-to-day operational leadership. Regular site visits, performance reviews, coaching, and action tracking will be part of the job. The role also involves helping teams build stronger processes, clearer responsibilities, and more consistent execution across each location. Key responsibilities include monitoring admissions activity, identifying ways to improve lead handling, conversion, enrolment quality, and revenue. The role also supports teams in delivering a better student experience through stronger onboarding, engagement, attendance, retention, and completion outcomes. In addition, the position reviews financial performance, budgets, expenses, and other drivers of site profitability with local leadership. Compliance and quality standards are also a major focus. The role ensures locations follow required operational, academic, financial, and documentation practices. Experience in coaching teams, working with franchise or multi-site operators, and using data to improve performance would be highly valued. This is a field-based leadership role for someone who can build trust, drive accountability, and support sustainable growth.
