Regional Director, Eastern Canada
This leadership role is focused on driving new business growth across Ontario, Quebec, and Atlantic Canada. The successful candidate will build pipeline, win new accounts, and develop relationships with employers, insurers, brokers, and public sector organizations. The position also includes leading and coaching a team of six sales professionals while managing personal market-facing responsibilities and team performance.
Reporting to the EVP, Commercial, this role works closely with cross-functional teams including Client Success, Clinical, Operations, Product, Marketing, and Finance. The ideal candidate is a commercially driven sales leader who can shape territory strategy, influence senior decision-makers, and position integrated workforce health solutions around client outcomes and cost management.
Key responsibilities include leading the full sales cycle, developing and executing a territory plan, maintaining strong CRM and forecasting discipline, and staying current on market trends and competitor activity. The role also involves representing the organization through client meetings, industry events, and other market engagement activities.
Qualifications include 7+ years of B2B sales experience with a strong record of new business development, success in complex sales cycles, and leadership experience with coaching and accountability. Experience selling to employers, insurers, brokers, or related sectors is an asset. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential. Bilingual English and French is strongly preferred. Experience with CRM tools is preferred.
This is a hybrid role with 3 days per week in office, and travel within the region as needed. Must be available to work in Eastern or Atlantic time zones.
