Recruiting Lead

We are seeking an experienced recruiting professional to guide full-cycle hiring for a high-volume, service-focused environment. This role will focus on attracting and selecting candidates for customer support, operations, and related positions while helping improve the overall hiring process. The successful candidate will work closely with hiring managers and HR partners to understand staffing needs, shape recruiting plans, and keep searches moving efficiently. Key responsibilities include sourcing candidates through multiple channels, managing requisitions from intake to offer, and maintaining a strong candidate experience throughout each stage. You will also track recruiting activity and hiring outcomes, identify opportunities to improve process effectiveness, and help refine documentation and workflows. In addition, this position includes coaching and daily support for one team member, along with collaboration on workforce planning and broader talent strategy. The role also supports onboarding efforts to help new hires get started successfully. The ideal candidate has at least a couple of years of high-volume recruiting experience, preferably in customer service, technical support, contact center, or operations roles. Strong organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with experience using applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools. Prior experience mentoring others or taking on informal leadership responsibilities is preferred. This is a remote role within Canada, with occasional travel or commuting as needed.
